With over ten years in the field, including time as a U.S. Army Captain and a 73A Clinical Social Worker, I bring a wealth of experience to my work. I've worked as a psychotherapist for the Department of Defense and as a therapist/coach for athletes at the leading Division I athletic program in the state of Michigan.

 

My work with you will incorporate research-backed approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, insomnia, and relationship challenges.
